Awesome game, Love the graphics, Sound and the attention to detail. Has a great spooky atmosphere, I was expecting something to get me around every corner!

It was a nice demo of a game which you should really make! Overall yes, it's very short and to be honest, other than getting the key from the shed to enter the house in the first place there was zero interactivity other than moving around trying to find where to go to trigger the next "event". You should really get into creating something much, much bigger from this!

Such an incredible horror game! :)

This is a really scary game =)

I missed some jumpscares but it´s a good game tho. I love it!

I really like the ambient and my feedback is: The colliders of the curtains blends with some props close to the windows, so maybe the visual got affected

There´s an radio prop upstairs that you can borrow I think you add the manipulate object system, but it get stuck in the current position without gravity, so you can check it out to add the physics after grab the obcject or whathever you wanna do.

That´s all! And greetings from an Unreal Horror Developer Fan!

Ok this game actually got me a few times, played as part my 3 random horror game series :)

Wow, can't believe it took me this long to find this game. It's brilliant, atmospheric and intense. I really did enjoy my time short time with this game. Thanks!

Truly a good horror game. The abandoned house have that chilly atmosphere to it. Dark, cold and most of of all quiet. Well in the begining at least. The work on detail here is so good. So many small things and so high detail on each on of them.

You manage to keep the player on it's toes and still interested in what's happening in the house. This could even be a good horror movie.

So what's the problem with Contemp? It's to short. ;)

Great job on this game.

I wanted more of this game!! The design was really nice and I loved the eerie feeling that it gave me.  I kept feeling like something was behind me.  Great work!!

Your game comes in at 10:45. This game was awesome, really loved the style of it and it was creepily atmospheric .. would love a longer version of it.

I love it, but let me add a few suggestions in the spirit of constructive criticism:

- the head-bobbing and the feeling you are either drunk or on a boat, made me feel dizzy.
- the movement due to invisible walls felt pretty limited
- I find it weirdly convenient that the key was just there and that everything was everything abandoned
- obviously, someone still paying the bills for electricity
...these are details, although they matter :)

Everything else is simply amazing! I am surprised at how great the visual atmosphere is, and actually, I was blown away. Please do make a full game out of this, the world will be grateful :D

This was great, I wish I could check it out in VR.

This was a great, creepy game! Obviously a shorter game just meant for the spooks, it definitely did its job. I was spooked! If worked on more for a story and lengthened to fit a plotline, I think it'd be a very terrifying game!

This game wasn't all I thought it was going to be. It had a very nice atmosphere and had a very eerie feeling to it but I didn't feel any sence of danger going through the game. There were moments earli on where I thought that this was it for me but it turned out to be nothing but noise and this continued throughout the game which took away any sense of danger away from the game. Hardly anything scary happened and when it did, it was expected that something was going to happen. I quite liked the ending to the game though, that did make me jump a bit and got me a little scared. I turned around to try and run and I realised that I couldn't. I don't think any other player has throught to turn around or at least from what I had saw, no one else has but that was a nice touch to the game. Really good technique to use. I do think it your next game could do with more unpredictability because after a while this game became predictable. I go more in depth in my video. Feel free to watch it and give me some feedback.

This was superb and so SO Tense!

Thanks for making us jump.

Short but really good.

I really enjoyed the sound effects

My girlfriend got pretty scared! Take a look...i'm italian!

For being a short Indie Horror game this was pretty creepy. For starters I wouldn't go in an abandoned house by myself. The house had the RE7 feel to it which made the game even better...good job man, I look forward to future games.

Really, really love the atmosphere of your game. It's so rad.

Really enjoyed playing the game. I'm a sucker for horror, and I wasn't disappointed in the end of the game!

This game is so good! I loved the aesthetic and the design of the house. It really drew me into the game! Great job!

most creepy game out of the three i played for sure! really added to the video! I love the graphics, extremely immersive and the sounds are extremely effective, especially to say you didn't create them yourself! very creepy jump scare, but even without that jumpscare, the atmosphere was so immersive it was perfect!

Thanks for making this game, i'd love to see more! Possibly a longer version ;)

This game is beautiful, the atmosphere is great and building up the suspense is great and rarely seen by these days overall great job!

This was a fantastic and beautiful game, just wish it was a little longer!!  We encountered a glitch on our playthrough tho.

Good God, congrats on the sound design.

Lmfao wonderful game and i was waiting for something to jumpscare me the whole time

THIS HOUSE IS SPOOPY!

I hate playing horror games so .... why not do a horror game series on youtube? Seems like a good idea,  see me get really scared!! :)

I'm a little late to the party, but still enjoyed my experience with Contemp. It definitely has effort put into it trying to spook the player through the environment. With so much darkness present, I kept expecting to turn a corner and have a face staring at me, which is a quality I like in a horror game. It's good to make the player spook themselves.

Good job on this.

Hello Micaka, i'm projecting and developing a game similar... i've a purpose for you, can u add me on facebook? www.facebook.com/danilo.sisti

Thanks BB

NonVR playthrough:

The leaves fall a bit too slowly.
Since it might take some time to actually notice the shed, you could have a noise set on a tigger/timer, that shifts the player's attention on the shed.
While you hear a windchime, it is nowhere to be seen, which could break immersion you need to build at the beginning.
Similarly the clock in the kitchen and livingroom could be animated (and if the second hand is just "stuck" flicking at the same location, indicating low battery)
An unlock/close sound for the door would also be great.
Inside the house, the moths wouldn't fly around the lamps, as long they off.
Upstair wardrobe door clips into the racks and clothes behind when opening, same for the door in the attic leading to the narrow corridor.
Sound attenuation of the sound recorder upstairs needs adjustment, since looking around might mute it.
Overall really great atmosphere and very enjoyable :D

it felt like i was in a dream or some sort :D

This game was awesome. I'm really looking forward to more. Thanks for creating this game! Keep it up
